The Missouri HIT Assistance Center and Missouri Health Connection (MHC) are partnering on an online statewide provider survey. Please take a few minutes to fill this out and complete by May 31, 2012.
MHC is the state-designated organization to implement Missouri's statewide health information network. The purpose of survey is to capture your current level of adoption and future plans in the context of Meaningful Use as well as gauge interest in statewide health information network services. The survey will also assist MHC and the State of Missouri in reporting to the federal government and additional stakeholders on the state of health information technology in Missouri.
